Palm Beach, FL — Hospitality Funding, Inc. arranged funding for the acquisition of the Residence Inn in Port St. Lucie, FL. Waramaug LS Hotels LLC added the property to their portfolio.

The property was intriguing due to its proximity to the PGA Golf Club, First Data Field, and Historic Dodgertown and location within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Each studio and one-bedroom suite features a full kitchen, a living area with a sleeper sofa, and a dinette with a work space featuring a desk and an ergonomic chair. Additional amenities include complimentary hotel-wide WiFi, a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, patio area, and putting green.

“This is a shrewd add to Waramaug’s portfolio,” said Scott Silver, Chairman, Hospitality Funding. “Not only is it a sought out destination, but the property itself offers a long list of amenities for business and leisure travelers. We couldn’t be happier to have facilitated this transaction with Waramaug.”
