Hotel financing can take a number of different forms depending on whether you are looking to refinance a current hotel loan, renovate your hotel building, acquire an existing hotel, or build a new hotel. Banks are one of our main sources of hotel loans ranging from $5 million to $500 million and beyond. Hotel construction financing can be provided by banks in the form of hotel construction loans or bridge loans. Banks also provide revolving business lines of credit, which are useful for both reconstruction projects and FF&E expenses. Other hotel financing options include franchise exclusive lending programs, private lenders, and cmbs loans.
