Palm Beach, FL — Hospitality Funding, Inc. arranged funding for the acquisition of the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Dallas Market Center. Waramaug LS Hotels LLC added the property to their portfolio.
The property was compelling due to its recent renovation and location near Downtown Dallas, the medical community, the Dallas Zoo and the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Each room features Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges and microwaves; Suites add wet bars, Keurig coffee makers, and a separate living rooms with pull-out sofas. The property also offers a restaurant / bar, indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, 24-hour fitness center and 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting / event space with hotel catering.
